Description
The Harmonic Minor harmonica has been in use for a long time, as the traditional tuning for playing a wide array of international music. The Harmonic Minor tuning has a very soulful, Eastern European sound, and is used to play traditional ethnic music that is important to the heritage of many cultures, such as: Minor Eastern European, Gypsy, Yiddish, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Asian and European/American Folk music.
The Hohner Marine Band, first made in 1896, is the world’s best selling harmonica and is still the instrument of choice for many professional players. It has traditional nailed 0.9mm brass reed plates on a double lacquered pearwood comb, which helps reduces swelling of the comb.
